Why do you have the i7 6700k twice in the range with a price difference of around 100?
Can that be the customer's problem? I don't think so. It is in stock, so it should be delivered to those who ordered it - at the price it was ordered.
We have noticed the very high demand for the processor. Since we now have a delivery date of two months for the processor, we have looked for another supplier who can deliver the processor faster. Since the processor has to be imported and the new supplier has a different purchase price than our original supplier, it is unfortunately not possible for us to offer the original price of CHF 400. We always want to accommodate our customers as much as possible and offer the possibility of immediate purchase, which is why we have now included the item twice in our shop.
I have been waiting for the Prozi for a while and have now bought the more expensive one.
Cancellation of the cheaper one etc. went very smoothly by phone. As always with Digitec!
Thumbs up!
But what doesn't work at all is the way they handle problems with these I7 things. No transparency, despite enquiries... No information about a replacement product. Although they wrote to me: "As soon as we receive further information, we will inform you automatically by e-mail.
Did not work.
I also don't understand what Oliver Schenk said about Digitec. I ordered on 13 October for 379 francs and now I'm paying 495 francs?
So those who are prepared to pay more automatically have priority?
Impudence towards the "first-time buyer"...
I think I'm so angry because I'm not used to this from Digitec.
I was also annoyed until I read the small print...
Actually, it is positive that DIgitec is trying everything to get the CPU available, but it would be VERY advantageous to include this information in the product name with (import) or something, or a red sticker IMPORT above the picture, so that the customer notices the difference at first glance and doesn't feel like he's being taken for a ride.
Both articles are imported products.....but demand is increasing ---> price up! 499 is too much for me.
So as it says in the description of the second one, it was probably imported separately and at short notice, probably at higher purchase prices, hence the higher price (and the one at Brack).
Stop complaining!
Digitec is the only one who can deliver, so the price is justified.
Simply put, supply and demand.
I bought it and picked it up the same day.
If you don't want to pay the price, you don't have to.
For your information. I bought the processor for 339.- at the very beginning. However, not via Digitec. PC-Ostschweiz offered it for 10 euros more, but I had the processor within 2-3 working days. What is more surprising for me is the increase in price.
the people who are part of the processador? they all stay in the same rooms that we have reserved for them? not?
Because there are two different liferants...
