Question about Nomad Titanium V2
Why do you give such pseudo deadlines for these articles? I've already got the third date that is being corrected again. On the Nomad website it clearly says: "Shipping in April.
Ordered it on 26.11.2022 and got delayed to the 20th of December. Then it got delayed to the 17th of January and then it got delayed again to February the 17th. Now it got delayed once again to the 29th of April. I find it absolutely baffling that every other website gets the estimated delivery time correct except for Galaxus and i dont beliefe for one moment that the 'supplier' keeps changing the delivery time on the day when it is supposed to arrive. The whole reason for me (and probably other people as well) ordered from Galaxus is because we fell for these fake delivery times.
I even contacted you guys via chat the day before delivery day just to make sure that this time my delivery would get shipped and she made sure that my order was in the wherehouse ready to be shipped. Unbelievable.
Ordered on 17.10.22, unfortunately the delivery date was defined several times and then not kept.
