Why do you advertise ECG function since this function is apparently not yet available in Switzerland? misleading...

This update brings new features, improvements and fixes:
New ECG app on the Apple Watch Series 4 (US and US territories only).
And 5.1.3 didn't bring updates for this feature.

What you’re saying is true, but never the less if you follow the news, it was just announced that ECG will be introduced with watchOS 5.2 Which is right round the corner.
