Why do 8 cores result in 8 threads and why is the maximum RAM specified here as 16 GB, but on the HP homepage it says 32 GB? Is this a special model?
The AMD Ryzen 7 4700U CPU does not offer SMT/HT. Therefore, there is only one thread per core. Ergo 8 cores = 8 threads.
If HP states that the HP ProBook 445 G7 notebook can be equipped with a maximum of 32GB, then the information at Digitec is probably simply wrong.
