Question about ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 SE

Why did Asus build an HDMI 2.0 into this laptop and not a 2.1, since an RTX 3080 is installed? and I would have preferred to have only a 2TB M2 ssd and not 2x 1TB, then you could have installed a larger one in the second slot and why does it not support PCIe 4.0 when an AMD CPU is already installed. or are the specifications just wrong even on the ASUS website. And are the SSDs connected in RAID or not? LG
