Contact Braun after-sales service as this is a purely technical problem (batteries probably need replacing).

Defective battery, defective electronics, defective mains adapter? I had the same problem. The mains adapter had the correct voltage. I bought a new shaver. I opened the old shaver and put the rechargeable batteries in a charger. They could be charged without any problems.
