Question about Pure Highway 200

I have exactly the same effect. An enquiry at a Pure dealer has revealed that it should actually work. I should possibly try a channel search a little further away from the German border. But it didn't work in Zurich either. I'm curious to see if anyone can find a solution.

I have exactly the same problem. I'm really annoyed right now.

I also note: German-speaking Switzerland (SRG D01), channel 12C/227.36 MHz (band III) -> this is where the broadcasting takes place - the Pure Highway 200 receives 174-240 MHz on band III. It should therefore receive SRF3. But it does not. Network coverage is available in my region. Is the Highway 200 faulty? I receive other programmes perfectly.
