Why can't I pick it up at the branch? I can only pay cash, otherwise I can't pay cash.

Due to the battery installed in the product, we are unfortunately unable to offer collection from the shop. However, it is possible to place an order in the shop against cash payment. The product will then be delivered to you. That's how it would work. :)
