Which operating systems is the drive compatible with? Does it run with Windows and Mac OS?

The manufacturer's website states the following under system requirements:
PC: Intel Pentium III / AMD Duron 900 MHz or more, 512 MB RAM or more, free USB port, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10
MAC: Intel Mac, 512 MB RAM or more, free USB port, Mac OS X 10.6 or higher

It seems to be compatible with both Windows and macOS. The official documentation is here: https://www.verbatim-europe.co.uk/en....

You have to notice that the Nero software is only compatible with PC and seems there's no licensed software provided for macOS users.
