Question about Garmin fenix 5X Sapphire Edition
Which languages are available? Is it possible to load maps outside of Europe?
The question should rather be, which specific language would you like to have? There is a wide choice...
Loading maps on it is no problem - I loaded Australia/New Zealand from Garmin (https://buy.garmin.com/de-CH...) for a trip of several months. But they are quite expensive.
Just as good and free are the Openstreetmaps http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ - here you can choose exactly which areas you want to load (e.g. I loaded Hawaii) and then install the maps on your device. I use them for hiking (Generic Routable new style) and for biking (Routable Bicycle Openfietsmap Lite).
