Question about Stadler Form Oskar

Which humidifier for a flat with a room area of 78m²? Personally, I find the Oskar too oversized for 100m² - the one with 50m² may be too small. Due to the shape (L) of my rented flat, I am of the opinion that the humidified air is generally well distributed in the individual rooms or is my assumption wrong? The current hygrostat, which is located in the living room/open kitchen, fluctuates between 28-36%.

In my experience, no humidifier can be oversized, as they all estimate too generously. Our Oskar 50m2 only increases the humidity in our bedroom (27m2) by 5%. We are still too low and would need at least 2 x Oskar for us to feel a significant change.

The small Oskar is not nearly enough for our flat of approx. 75 m2. However, it is an old flat from the 1920s with parquet flooring on a cinder block floor (greetings from Von Roll Gerlafingen ;-)). Hardly comparable with more modern flats in terms of indoor climate.

The size was also a criterion for me, which is why the larger Oskar was out of the question. I have now ordered another small humidifier from a different manufacturer.

The point is not the distribution but the volume comparison. In my case it fits perfectly with a similar room area. You would just have to refill the larger one less often. I have to top up twice a day when the air is very dry.
