Which cooler, water or air, would you need to get to the 4.5Ghz?

I have a 360 AIO (Arctic Liquid Freezer II) and run my Ryzen at 4.5Ghz

So far had max. temperatures of approx. 56°C when gaming (2k).
240 AIO or a good fan cooler would certainly also suffice, will then probably be more a question of price and/or limited by airflow/housing.

So for more than +10% overclocking, I would do without an air cooler. Simply because it then runs very close to the limit and makes a lot of noise.
