I bought the "Kärcher Battery Power 18/50". I'm very happy with it.
You need the charger and the battery. There is a Kärcher starter kit with different batteries, depending on which one you want, we ordered the 18/50.
You also need a charger for the battery. The "Kärcher Starter Kit" (item number 12670806), for example, covers the battery and charger.
