"AMD Ryzen 7000 (Zen4) and Ryzen 9000 (Zen5) CPUs have an RDNA2 iGPU on the I/O chiplet and thus only AV1 decoding.

AMD Ryzen 7000G and upcoming Ryzen 9000G APUs have an RDNA3.5 iGPU and therefore AV1 decoding and encoding."
