Question about Vileda Steam Plus

Hi, please excuse me, but I don't understand the question. I sent the Steam Plus back because it was broken after about 10 uses and I would like to make use of the warranty! I don't want a mop. I would like to have a healthy Steam Plus back. Kind regards
