Where is the plug adapter? Unfortunately not included (as stated in the specifications). Cannot test device.

Complain to the customer service and have it delivered to you. I picked up the device at the Dietikon branch and the adapter was handed to me separately, so it was not in the box.
It was also handed over to me at the pick-up point. But I bought a CH plug to mount myself, then you have a clean thing.
