Where is the difference to "Dell XPS 13 (13.40", Full HD+, Intel Core i7-1065G7, 16GB, 1000GB, SSD)" which is a bit more expensive? Can anyone help?

The more expensive one has the higher resolution display (3840 x 2160 pixels) with touch function and this one "only" has Full HD+ (1920 x 1200) without touch but twice the SSD.
