When this iron arrived from Galaxus, the box didn't look opened, but the iron had no polyethylene wrapper around it....
Is this normal, or had Galaxus sent me a used/faulty product ?

As my review shows, this iron just leaks water everywhere. My floor is soaked... it's going back.

Exactly the same for me, the iron is rubbish.

I have the iron in its original packaging and it works perfectly, with no water problems
