Question about iRobot Roomba 980
When the robot has made the map of the flat, can you tell it where it should not go, e.g. not so often over the expensive carpet? Or do you have to set up the light barriers like with the cheaper models?

No I believe you have to use the light barriers to stop the robot from going to areas you do not want it to go.
