My watch with item no. 21619019 was a CH version with Samsung Pay. But I don't understand why it now says "without Samsung Pay". Perhaps Galaxus can clarify the contradiction.
It is an EU version. You could specify Austria as the country (Germany / Deutschland was not offered), but then you could set the language and font to Germany / Deutschland. The watch is great and I would buy it again at any time.
