Question about Garmin Motorcycle mount

I bought this mount because the original one that came with it had play. The new mount is now connected to the GarminXT without any play. I was able to continue using the electrical connection from the old mount.

It's a joke that Garmin doesn't sell this as a set. Hardly anyone needs the plastic part without power, except after a fall...

If you want to mount a Garmin Zümo XT (CHF 350) on a BMW motorbike sat nav original bracket, you need this. Good that Garmin sells this separately. For comparison, a BMW sat nav costs around CHF 900 with a worse function. With an appropriate adapter you can also mount other sat navs, for which you need this part.
