Question about Denver WCM-8010 Game Camera

I used the Ansmann APS 1500 power supply (universal charger). You can adjust the volts and amps. But I had to remove the rubber strap completely so that the current doesn't have a loose contact, but then it works great...
I don't know the exact size of the camera, but it's hanging in my girlfriend's horse stable...
