What is the difference between this product MD506SM/A and the 3.- CHF cheaper MD506Z/A, which digitec also offers?
The cheap one should be a bulk delivery. In other words, not the same packaging, but simply thrown into a bag and shipped like that for Apple standards... No difference for your laptop.
