Question about AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D

On geizhals (searched with manufacturer number), I only see that one of them has a box cooler and also that one of them has a limited warranty with amd. But in our country, the dealer has to offer a 2-year warranty anyway. So what is the difference between the two products for the consumer?
