What is the difference between this product and "145.- Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 English Unlimited, 1x, Windows, Mac OS X, French"? The first one mentions 4 languages (German, French, Italian, English) and the second one only French

Log on to the Microsoft page where you can see the difference between the versions.
In the multilingual version, when you go to the language preferences of Office, you have the possibility to choose the language of the user interface between French, German, English or Italian, independently of the language defined in the operating system. I imagine that in the "French" version, this choice does not exist.
If I'm not mistaken... the difference is in the medium:
PKC and ESD
PKC = Product Key Holder; You will receive a key on a card sent to your home.
ESD = Electronic Software Distribution; Here you will receive the key immediately by e-mail.
With both variants you do not receive a holder, the software must be downloaded.
