What is the difference between this model, Garmin Instinct 187 and Garmin Instinct 257? Is it possible to import gpx files directly into the watch and follow a route without being connected to a smartphone? Or via Bluetooth?

The brand does not mention this detail unfortunately. In my opinion, you will have to use Bluetooth with your phone to synchronise the data.
