What is the difference between the "Lenovo ThinkPad L13 Yoga, 13.30", Full HD, Intel Core i5-10210U, 16GB, 512GB" and the "Lenovo ThinkPad L13 Yoga, 13.30", Full HD, Intel Core i7-10510U, 16GB, 512GB"? And which docking station fits these models?

The former device has "only" an Intel i5 processor (i.e. somewhat weaker), the latter model has an i7 processor (i.e. somewhat faster).
A corresponding docking station is noted in the accessories :)
