Question about LG OLED55GX6

Is the model designation due to the region.
GX9 is the Swiss market.
GX6 is the German model

There is a technical difference, which can be found in the technical details PDF ( at digitec in the download section ). The tuners on the GX9 are double. Apparently, this allows 'recording' and 'direct viewing' at the same time:
