Difference between GS108PP and GS108LP is due to Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) 
GS108LP: PoE budget: 60W total
GS108PP: PoE budget: 123W total

The power sum of all connected PoE consumers is decisive.

- Power supply (external) has a standard IEC60320 socket (C14) like on a PC or monitor.
