Netgear's unmanaged Gigabit switches are equipped with high-quality components to ensure a long lifespan. They also support the Energy Efficient Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az) standard, which reduces power consumption when there is little traffic on an active port or when no links or activities are detected.

PoE+ Support
The PoE switch GS108PP is ideal for powering IP security cameras, VoIP phones, wireless access points, and other PoE-powered devices. Eight PoE+ ports (up to 30 W per port) allow for the connection of up to eight PoE/PoE+ devices (802.3af and 802.3at with a total PoE power budget of 123 W). The PoE ports can also be used for non-PoE devices. With the flexible mounting system, you can install the GS108PP in a desktop environment, in a rack (accessories included), or on the wall.
