What is the difference between the following licences, apart from the delivery method of the licence key? Microsoft Office 365 Home - item no. 399510 and Microsoft Office 365 Home - item no. 435679?

Helpful answer

Effectively only the delivery method.

Retail = Delivery of the licence key with packaging and dispatch via post.
Download = Delivery of the licence key via email or user account.

However, both versions must be downloaded for installation.
