What is the diameter of the stones, in other words how big can the pizza be? How high is the interior, i.e. is the oven also suitable for pizza baguettes, which are somewhat higher?
The diameter of the stone is 29 cm, so the pizzas can be accordingly large.
The height of the interior is 4 cm, so probably rather unsuitable for pizzabaquettes.
