What is meant by No Cord? And am I correct in assuming that I only need to buy the RAM?

Some Nuc variants come without a mains cable. According to https://www.intel.com/content..., an additional C13 cable is required for RNUC12DCMI70000. As far as I can see from the manufacturer's information https://ark.intel.com/content..., an SSD is also not included. The product is therefore without a storage medium and thus also without an operating system.
