Digitec's offer for CHF 599 is very fair and, with the service package for transport, installation/commissioning/calibration and return of the old washing machine, still good value.

As Goldfinger said, Samsung appliances have a longer life than 2 years.
By the way, the installer of the washing machine said it was a top washing machine and the price with transport + installation was a bargain.

There are enough Samsung service partners for a repair at home. But as the previous speaker mentioned, this is relatively expensive and usually not worth it for a device in this price range.

However, I have to say that most of my Samsung devices have celebrated their 10th anniversary. Of course, there are always exceptions.
