What happens if something is defective during the warranty period? Can Bosch Service be contacted directly and they will send a service technician, is that as described?
The only warranty case I have ever had, I had to send the unit in. It was then checked and repaired free of charge. For an item that has to be collected or repaired on site, the procedure should be the same.
During the warranty period, a case must be opened via Digitec and a Bosch technician will then intervene.
