Question about Burg Wächter Safety storage cabinet Combi-Line CL 440 E

What does this mean in the description: "30 days return policy... if the product is damaged (...) unfortunately we cannot take it back"? What if the product was damaged by the post / in transit? Is the transport route not insured by Digitec?
