Question about ASUS Rog Crosshair Viii Dark Hero

What are your chipset temperatures under load? I would be surprised if you don't find much information on this, and as we all know, you shouldn't really trust the manufacturers with what they promise.

Hardwareluxx measured 54°C in the open setup:

Techpowerup measured only 45°C without airflow:

Tewakdown even only 39°C but unclear what setup was used:

Reached a maximum of just under 60°C during a few hours of cyberpunk.

I haven't checked it yet. I will check it this week. As far as the front goes. The VRMs work very well with the 5900x. The stock is constantly around 4.95 - 4.98GHz boost under load.
And that at 65° C. I still have to determine the chipset with AIDA 64.

The best way to cool is with water. E.g. Watercool Heatkiller NSB with adapter Small.
