I ordered and paid for it on 9.11.22! It said it would be delivered on 29.11.22! Then it said it would be delivered on 22.11.22 and now it says it will be delivered on 14.01.23! That's customer bamboozlement par excellence! This is how you deal with long-time customers who have already ordered from you for thousands of francs!
