What about the volume of the fans on this unit? Disturbing?
It is louder than with "normal" laptops but I find it absolutely OK. I use a Jbl speaker with it and am satisfied.
Yes, the fan gets quite loud - as is probably the case with almost all gaming notebooks due to the compact design. I always recommend a headset for this, especially for games where listening is important (e.g. PUBG).
What about the volume of the fans in Windows, Internet and film mode, louder than on normal laptops? Disturbing?
