What about the IPhone 6s Plus, can this clock be set so that the clock vibrates when a call comes in on the IPhone?

No problem, in addition to vibrating/ringing, you can even accept/reject/call back calls....
Furthermore, notifications (SMS/Whatsapp/etc.) can be received and read on the watch.
However, you can neither make calls nor write messages directly from the watch, you need the phone itself for that. (KITT cannot be called with it yet ;)
