What about the display problems that have often been reported? That spots appear after cleaning etc.. Is this also the case with this model? Would Apple cover the costs?

Basically, there are guidelines on how to clean a display. Which cleaning agents are allowed, how much pressure can be applied, etc.? If this is not a production defect, there is usually no guarantee.
