Question about noblechairs Epic

What about the armrests? Are they also adjustable in height? Unfortunately, that's not in the description and it's not obvious from the diagram... it only says 4D armrests and that can mean many things. Forwards/backwards, inwards/outwards, rotate, and just in height.
