Question about Ocean Drive E9

I bought a bike lock from Hiplok. It can be adjusted in length. So you can tighten it around the handlebars to secure an object. Or it can also be attached to the rear wheel. It has cut-outs on the wheel.

In my opinion, it is always better to have it with you because even with a padlock if they want to steal it, they do!
