We only used the NOCO GB150 once to start the vehicle. Since then, the NOCO has stopped working. When we connect the NOCO to the vehicle and switch it on, a red LED lights up and there is a "clicking" sound. The vehicle cannot be started. NOCO is fully charged, but it no longer works. Has anyone experienced this? Are we doing something wrong or is it defective after just one use?

Let me explain: turn on the booster and attach the correct poles, if it does not start, remove the negative pole, hold down the exclamation mark button for a few seconds until the voltmeter turns on, reattach the negative pole and try to start

It could also be that the battery is completely flat or short-circuited.
Try disconnecting one pole and using the exclamation mark on the Noco to use it as a parallel battery and starter.

Red LED lit continuously with connected cables means reverse polarity protection (https://no.co/media...)
Which would mean +(red) and -(black) are connected the wrong way round.

Is the white boost LED lit? (directly to the right of the PRO lettering)
This means that the 12V voltage is active.

Do you have a multimeter/voltage tester?
Then you could try activating manual mode and measuring with the cables disconnected. (ATTENTION there is no reverse polarity protection! if connected to the car the wrong way round, this can cause serious damage to the electronics and even total damage! therefore do not test on the car!)
Manual mode is started by pressing the ! button for 3 seconds. Then the 12V voltage immediately switches free at the terminals, even if nothing is recognised. then you can check with a multimeter whether there is 12V voltage at the terminals. if not, the Noco is probably defective.

If your battery is really deeply discharged, the device will not work a small minimum voltage must be present

Plus and minus connected correctly? It has reverse polarity protection, i.e. if plus and minus are reversed. And secondly, the battery of the vehicle must still have a minimum voltage, i.e. not less than 5 volts, otherwise the device will not work, so if the battery is really empty, it must first be recharged or started again with a standard charger or jumper cable
