We have installed the TCL Connect iPhone App. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accept an incoming video call - when the call comes in (with the iPhone blocked) and you open the app, the call is gone (although it still rings on the watch). 2. 2. every time I make a call from the iPhone to the watch, I get the warning 'You are not using WLAN Network. Data usage may be high if you continue'. I suspect that this may also be the cause of the first problem. Is there anywhere I can turn off this message?
Unfortunately, this watch often seems to have problems with calls and SIM cards, or there are many factors that make this model somewhat error-prone. The best thing to do is to contact the customer service, there are probably already experts there regarding this watch 😅
