Question about Bissell MultiClean Spot & Stain
We have installed everything, but the water is not heating up. The steam should reach 60 degrees. What do we need to do?

This is not a steam cleaner, but a wet vacuum cleaner. The water is heated but water comes out of the nozzles and not steam!
