Question about Sony Kd-65a1
We have been using the TV for a few weeks. I find the pictures dark, i.e. unnatural, and on many channels the picture is extremely poor (worse than my old Samsung TV from 2010!). Is this normal? We are quite disappointed with the picture quality is really not good. Does anyone have the same experience?

Well, of course it also depends on the distance at this size of tv, and it also depends on the settings of the device, but also whether they are directly on the cable or via a tv box.
It certainly depends on the settings. Samsung tends to exaggerate the contrast and saturation massively at delivery - with Sony it is exactly the opposite. Try the settings here: https://www.avforums.com/video...
