Question about TCL MT46X Family Watch

We have a TCL MT40X which no longer works after 3G was switched off (although it should be 4G-capable...). Therefore the question: Does the MT46X definitely work without 3G? We use M-Budget Mobile (prepaid). Thanks for any information.

Yes, this watch uses 4G and is not bound to the 3G network.
