Question about Bissell SpotClean HydroSteam Pro
We have a light-coloured sofa made of beige corduroy. Over time, however, "shadows" or darker areas have appeared everywhere and the fabric no longer looks as light and fresh as it used to. Does anyone have any experience of whether cleaning with the Bissell SpotClean HydroSteam Pro can help with this? Especially with corduroy fabric? I would be interested: - Does it make the sofa visibly brighter/fresher again? - Are there any risks with corduroy? - Or are such shadows more like wear and tear that can no longer be removed properly? Corduroy is actually great to treat, very durable and resistant, e.g. to other types of cotton fabric.
Whether it helps ultimately depends on the detergent, which is why a test only provides really good information. We could also borrow our machine (in the Basel area). We have always been satisfied with the results.
