Difficult to help you from a distance. I didn't use connectors because I was able to put the sprips on the curtain wall. So, if the contacts of the strips are passed on 1-to-1 with the edge connector, then it should actually work. Do you have a bad contact? If you have a measuring device, I would check the continuity behind the connector. Do you have several connectors? And all with the same (negative) result ? This would then indicate that they are the wrong connectors...
